Important Dates:

New Online Banking Goes Live November 12

• Search “Goose River Bank” in your mobile app store 

• Log on with your existing username and a temporary password (last four digits of your Social Security number) 

• Look for a prompt to create a new password to set up your account  

Online Banking Availability During the Transition

• November 7-11: available but live balances won’t be updated 

• E-statements will remain accessible 

Debit Cards May Experience Brief Interruptions

To avoid inconvenience from November 7-13: 

• Consider withdrawing extra cash before November 7 

• Have alternative payment methods ready 

Statement Dates Will Be Different in October and November
